We can do nothing on our own, but with God we can accomplish many great things. We must keep our minds focused on him. He lets us know the importance of staying connected to him as stated in John 15:4-5, Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.” I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.”
Don’t let diversions cause you to miss your blessings. Stay focused on him and pray for one another. In Luke 18:1, Jesus stated, “And he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not faint.” Stand on the promises of God. He cannot lie and every word that he speaks and has spoken will come to past.
Live holy and make yourselves available to help others. We should praise and worship God with our whole hearts. We need to be vessels that he can use to represent his love. We are called to be holy and to offer sacrifices up to Jesus Christ as stated in 1 Peter 2:5, “Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.” Remember the sick and shut in and pray for them. May God continue to richly bless and keep you.
