To express the love of Jesus Christ to the community through engagement, faith, assistance, and fostering knowledge of God through his living Word.
Vision Statement
To provide the foundation for individual spiritual growth; thereby, increasing personal faith in God by fostering knowledge and insights into His love and compassion for humanity.
To support the body of Christ by providing a sound foundation and welcoming environment for spiritual growth and to equip individuals through bible-based teaching.
Service Times
We have a variety of ways for you to connect with us. We do require temperature checks, masks, and social distancing during our services. Please follow the directions of the ushers. We provide hand-sanitizer and gloves throughout the facility for the convenience of our attendees. Please follow the directions of the ushers to enter and exit the building.

Our Story
Welcome to Calvary United Church of Jesus Christ. Let me express my great enthusiasm to you on your decision to view our website today. Our church is God-centered and bible-based. Our services offer a full worship experience that will allow you to gain practical insights into God’s Word. We are a family-oriented church that believes in encouraging everyone’s special skills and talents to further the work of the ministry.
We serve our community through various committees and departments. We have activities that may be of interest to you and your family. We offer leadership training programs, workshops, Youth Congress, choir participation, community activities, and fellowship services. Throughout the year, we offer programs to enhance your growth and development as a Christian. Some activities and development opportunities are sponsored by our headquarters’ church, Transformation Church, in Baltimore, MD. We have opportunities for you to use your skills and serve as a choir member, outreach worker, usher, helping hands assistant, greeter, or on another committee.
We would would love to have you join us and share your talents to further the Gospel. During our in-person services, our Ushers will assist you with any questions you may have regarding the service, programs, and parking. We invite you and your family to come and worship God with us.

Meet Our Church
Helping Hands Committee
We conduct an annual can goods drive to assist those in the community who are under tough economic times. During Christmas, we sponsor several families.
Clothing Drive
We serve the community with our clothing drives. This effort helps those in the community who require clothing assistance.
Toys for Tots
We collect gifts for children and present them to needy families with children during Christmas.
Safe Night
We partner with local agencies to participate in Safe Night. We house a group of homeless people for a week during December.
Community Day
Our annual Community Day is one of the times when we connect with the community. We offer a safe, family-friendly event for families to enjoy fun and outdoors activities.
Youth Weekend
We have many activities for the youth to participate in.
We offer opportunities for training, travel, programs and many events for them to use their talents. Our annual Youth Weekend is a time for our youth to format and direct services over several days.
