Miracles - God Still Performs Miracles

God is still working miracles today. Merriam Webster describes a miracle as an extraordinary event manifesting divine intervention in human affairs. Have you ever asked God for something that seems impossible to you? Have you ever needed the Lord to show up and he did? God can do anything even above what we can think or ask him to do for us. Don’t give up on that impossible situation that you have been praying and asking God to change for you. Your breakthrough is coming. God’s timing is perfect and he knows what is best for us. His is not a respecter of persons. What he does for one person, he can do the same thing for you. Keep believing God, continuing to pray, and standing on his word. In so doing, you will find many instances where God hides you and protects you during your times of trouble. He will make paths for you to walk in where there are seemingly none.

If God said it, it has to come to past. Isaiah 55:11 states, “So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.” God’s ears are open to our cries and he hears us. We serve a Savior who experienced similar life challenges as we do in our lives. He understands our sorrows, fears, disappointments, and insecurities.

We can take comfort as stated in 1 Peter 3:12, “For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.” When we observe modern day miracles, we gain a glimpse of the Lord’s awesome power. We have observed extraordinary accounts of miracles that demonstrate God’s love, mercy, power, and kindness towards mankind. God’s miracle working power continues to this day. God can do what seems impossible for us. Try him today and prove him.
